Dr. John C. Huang, PE, LEED AP, has been at the forefront of online continuing education for professionals in engineering, architecture, and land surveying. Since 1999, he has spearheaded the development of hundreds of Internet-based training courses, significantly contributing to the professional development of practitioners in these fields.

As the founder of two engineering and technology-focused companies, Dr. Huang has demonstrated exceptional leadership and business acumen, excelling in business strategy, mass marketing, client engagement, and overall operations management. His distinguished four-decade career encompasses diverse roles, including senior structural analyst, Chief Structural Engineer, Chief Executive Officer, and engineering educator.

Dr. Huang's extensive engineering expertise spans a wide spectrum of structural projects, encompassing commercial and institutional facilities, as well as bridge constructions. His comprehensive knowledge covers critical areas such as building codes, finite element analysis, engineering design,  construction materials, ADA and OSHA regulations,  professional ethics, and sustainable development. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and is proficient in a variety of engineering and business software. 

Dr. Huang's professional excellence is recognized through several awards and honors, including the prestigious Grand Prize Award of the CRSI Software Development Competition in 1992.  He co-authored the book Technological Advancements That Have Changed the World,  a comprehensive and insightful exploration of pivotal innovations that have profoundly shaped the world we live in today.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Huang is committed to community and civic engagement. He contributed his expertise and leadership as a board member of the Wuxi Association of Greater Washington Area for six years and has actively participated as an HOA board member since 2010, showcasing his commitment to service and community development.
