Hope Q. Jiang, a third-generation acupuncturist and herbalist, carries on her family's legacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her expertise is bolstered by a Bachelor of Arts in Acupuncture from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (China) and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College (Santa Fe, NM, USA).
Since the commencement of her career, Hope has embodied the essence of a TCM practitioner with an unwavering commitment to healing and wellness. Hope's journey in TCM is marked by diverse clinical experiences across Illinois, including notable tenures at Sports & Spine Rehab in Frankfort, The Whole Life Center in La Grange Park, and multiple medical practices in Oak Park and Barrington. As the acupuncturist & owner of Qi Acupuncture Clinic in Willowbrook, IL, since 2000, Dr. Jiang has led the clinic to become a sanctuary for those seeking holistic healing. Her role extended to the athletic realm as the Team Acupuncturist for the Chicago Fire Football Club during the 1998, 1999, and 2001 seasons, showcasing her versatility and expertise in sports acupuncture.
Beyond her clinical endeavors, Hope is deeply involved in community engagement and education, having spoken at international conferences for AutismOne.org between 2006-2008. She has actively contributed to the spread of TCM knowledge through workshops and cooking classes, addressing a wide range of topics from stress management and long-term care with Chinese Medicine to food therapy and cancer care.
In 2022, Hope founded Qiyu Healing Inc. (DBA Chinese American Network), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Chinese medicine practices. Through Qiyu Healing Inc., she has orchestrated retreats and learning experiences that delve deep into the essence of Chinese medicine. Additionally, as a co-founder of the Young Professionals and Parents Group, Hope has fostered a supportive network aimed at career advancement, enhancing inter-generational communication, and encouraging social engagement.
As an influencer in holistic lifestyle coaching since 2020, Hope has hosted over 700 webinars attended by 7,000 individuals, covering topics from anti-aging and weight management to holistic approaches for addressing common ailments, all through the lens of TCM principles. She shares generational knowledge on self-massage, food therapy, meditation, and Tai-chi, emphasizing well-being and balance. Catering to individuals of all ages, Hope's coaching promotes healthy lifestyles and guides participants to achieve their goals of mind, body, and spirit balance.
Dr. Jiang is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Illinois and holds diplomatic recognition in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology from the NCCAOM. She's a member of the American Association of Oriental Medicine. Her work has been featured in the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Parents, underscoring her widespread impact within the field of TCM.
